- Mindfulness skills are a powerful tool to help deal with stress and as a regular self-care measure.  
- Heavily researched, meditation has been implemented as an integrative approach to help manage both cancer side effects and emotional distress as part of the mind-body approach to health care. 
- Classes include a guided meditation led by our mediation experts and a conversation facilitated by our licensed clinical social worker.  All are welcome, whether new to meditation or an experienced meditator.
