YOGA4CANCER (y4c)

Yoga4Cancer classes were developed to assist cancer survivors manage treatment side effects and enhance cancer recovery. Our y4c classes occur on a regular, weekly basis which allows our Clients to form supportive friendships and a consistency in their practice. They are given the chance to reconnect to their own bodies and lives through this strong, mutual support.

Practicing yoga has been shown to improve overall quality of life and for our Clients who attend on a regular basis, it helps them gently restore muscle strength and flexibility, as well as reduce some of the stress and anxiety associated with fighting cancer. These classes encourage survivors to take an active role in their recovery and are tailored to each Client’s individual ability and needs.

History

Yoga4Cancer (y4c) is a methodology researched and developed by Tari Prinster, designed specifically for cancer patients and survivors at all stages. SOUL RYEDERS’ y4c class is taught by y4c-certified instructors who are also cancer survivors. The class aims to invigorate the body, calm the mind, alleviate anxiety, and embrace the spirit.

YOGA ON-DEMAND CLASSES

SOUL RYEDERS is offering several on-demand Yoga classes. Our library includes Y4C classes, as well as ones for our clients who have completed their cancer treatment, focusing on neuropathy relief and combatting side effect post post-chemo treatments.
