INTRODUCING SOUL RYEDERS’ ON-DEMAND CLASS LIBRARY:

Until recently SOUL RYEDERS’ yoga classes have focused on our clients with both live and virtual Yoga 4 Cancer classes. Now, we offer on-demand classes – with all four of our communities in mind: clients, caregivers, volunteers, and donors. With a variety of classes and themes, we hope there is something for everyone. Take SOUL RYEDERS with you when you travel, work in a class when it fits your schedule.

Below is the catalog of current classes on-demand with descriptions for each class. Each class is 30 minutes or less and are complimentary. Keep coming back as we will continue to add to this growing library!
