SOUL RYEDERS® shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy addresses maintaining the privacy of personal information that we collect online in connection with the SOUL RYEDERS® Websites (“Websites”), including, without limitation, the www.soulryeders.org and the www.wigexchange.org Websites and their mobile version, and information from you when you register for an event or complete an online form for a program or event. In doing this, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name and/or email address, in addition to event-specific information.

The Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices and sets out your obligations and ours with respect to your use of our Websites. By using the Websites, you agree to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

We may need to change the Privacy Policy from time to time in order to address new issues and to reflect changes on the Websites(s) or in the law. We continually strive to improve our Websites based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

To process event ticket transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by you.

To send periodic emails
The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your involvement with SOUL RYEDERS®, in addition to receiving occasional SOUL RYEDERS® news and updates.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Children Under the Age of 13.
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Therefore, the Websites is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 years, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Compliance With Laws.
We reserve the right to disclose any information to comply with any law, regulation, decree, judgment, order, subpoena or any other governmental order without any obligation to contest or verify the accuracy of such order.

Applicable Law.
The Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to any use of the Websites will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Removing Your Information.
You may remove your contact information from SOUL RYEDERS® database at any time. To do so, you must send an email message requesting such removal to soulryeders@gmail.com. However, we reserve the right to retain certain information to resolve disputes and other legitimate circumstances.
