  • The completion of active treatment is a transition period filled with a multitude of thoughts and emotions which can include worries about cancer recurrence and changes to one’s identity and body image.  
  • This group is for those who have finished active treatment and is facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker to help guide the group discussion, highlight common themes and provide resources.
