What’s Next? Post-treatment Group

• This group is for those who have finished active treatment.
• The completion of active treatment is a transition period filled with a multitude of thoughts and emotions, which can include worries about cancer recurrence and changes to one’s identity and body image.  
•  The group is facilitated by a trained Peer Mentor to help guide the group discussion, highlight common themes, and provide resources.
