10:00 am: Meditation & Conversation: online – This program includes a guided meditation followed by an opportunity to talk with the facilitators. A social work facilitated group focused on the impact of a cancer diagnosis and coping skills follows the meditation. Clients and caregivers are all welcome to attend. |
9:30 am: Y4C Online: NO CLASS TODAY – Yoga4Cancer (Y4C) classes are designed to assist cancer survivors tp manage treatment side effects and enhance cancer recovery in a supportive environment. Each Y4C class is one hour and is designed for cancer survivors in active treatment or post-treatment - whether new to yoga/Y4C or a previous attendee. |

7:30 pm: What's Next Group – The completion of treatment is a transition period that is often filled with a multitude of thoughts and emotions. This post-treatment group aims to connect clients in this phase. If you have finished active treatment in the past year and are looking to meet with others in a similar situation for support and information sharing, please consider joining us. This group will allow an opportunity to connect with others who are living with chronic or advanced cancer for both support and resources. |
