This event is open to the entire SOUL RYEDERS community. Dr. Harris will discuss sleep basics, with a focus on holistic, non-medicated practices. She will discuss sleep loss as a natural response to stress, when you should consider making habit changes, and introduce some evidence-backed options to help you sleep better.
There will be an opportunity for questions and we will collect them in advance of the event, as well as during the event.
